I went with Bentons due to their local knowledge. During the early stages of the sale when the market was v busy I found it very difficult to contact the team but I could understand why. When my eventual buyer came on the scene the market was less hectic and the team were much more able to keep on top of things and communications were much better. The team was able to offer a first class service during this phase. At the end of the day they secured the sale and I think all parties were very happy, especially me.

We sold our property with Bentons and we’re generally very pleased. They came out quickly and we were really pleased with the valuation, photos and brochures. We had several offers all right on the valuation. Unfortunately our first buyer fell through but Bentons found a second buyer quickly. At this point there were times when communication could have been a little smoother, but this was at the absolute peak of the 2020 rush time. The chain was pretty slow but Issy from Bentons was really helpful with keeping us updated. All in all we were very pleased with the service through some challenging times.
I thought the service was good. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly. Issy Bloor was particularly good. The whole procedure went well. The only slight irritation is the cumbersome preamble to every phone call. I realise a message is prudent but it’s a bit too “wordy” to be enjoyed on a regular basis.
Benton’s were fantastic in helping me sell my property. Antony supported me throughout the whole process, nothing was to much for him. I would 100% use Benton’s again in the future.
