As well as any fee we receive from a Bentons client for services such as selling or renting a property, managing a tenancy or professional services such as valuation work which may be undertaken by an RICS qualified member of staff, we may also receive other reward or benefit (known as a referral fee) of approximately 25% of any business written by ancillary service providers for that referred client. It is vitally important to Bentons that you, the client or customer, is completely satisfied with the overall service and assistance we provide to you in all of your property needs, this includes recommending tried and trusted businesses we can wholeheartedly recommend. These businesses are an extension of Bentons team and service and we welcome all feedback. Many of these businesses can save you money, as they are experts in their field and are expected to provide the highest levels of service to clients referred to them by Bentons. The referral fee is not paid by you, the client, and is separate to any fees or commission you have agreed to pay to Bentons.
