We are thrilled to announce our achievement of Gold in the East Midlands Letting Agent Tenant Awards, along with the title of Best In County, as voted by tenants at the prestigious ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2024, proudly sponsored by Reapit and PayProp. The winners were unveiled by the nation's favorite TV property presenter, Phil Spencer, at the iconic Grosvenor House in London, in front of an audience of 1,000 esteemed property professionals from across the UK.
This year marked the 21st anniversary of the ESTAS, which utilizes its dedicated customer review platform to highlight the best estate and letting agents for customer service. The results are based on over 300,000 verified customer ratings from individuals who have experienced the full moving process with an agent.
Phil Spencer, who has been the host of The ESTAS since its inception in 2003, addressed the audience, emphasizing the community of property professionals committed to delivering exceptional service: “The ESTAS is a community of likeminded property professionals all focused on one mission – to deliver the best possible service they can time and time again to their clients. You’ve all been incredibly brave with your businesses; by joining our community, you’ve declared your intentions to provide the highest standards of service and you’re prepared to prove it.”
Agents across various regions and counties in the UK were recognized, with National Grand Prix Awards also presented for the Best Single Agent Office in the UK for both sales and lettings.
