We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our busy Lettings team in Melton Mowbray. This is a varied, hands-on role managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are fully compliant with current legislation while delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants. Responsibilities include carrying out inspections and tenancy reports, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing property-related queries, and handling end of tenancy processes including deposit returns. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people and situations, with previous property management experience preferred but not essential. This is an office and field-based role, so a full UK driving licence is essential, offering the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional team.
