To provide you with the best service from the first initial advice through to completion, we are on hand to advise you and liaise with your Solicitor, all carried out by one of the sales team members in the office ensuring continuity of service.

Sales Team

Overseeing the sales department as Sales Manager is Maria DiGioia who has over 15 years experience working as a sales negotiator and Maria also has a law degree which enables her to understand legal issues connected with the transaction process. Maria is assisted by an excellent team of high experienced negotiators including Mandy Gunter who also has in excess of 15 years experience of selling houses, Elizabeth Bateman who is the Managing Director of Bentons and has been an integral part of Bentons for the last 20 years. Zoe Flude has since joined the team as sales negotiator providing excellent service to our clients. Assisting the team at the weekends is Dawn Littlehales, Margaret Culshaw and Tom Wilkinson. We have two committed accompanied viewing assistants Noreen Merriman and Caryl Pell offering a seven day a week accompanied viewing service including Bank Holidays if required.

We have four residential valuers James Warne BSc with over 30 years of experience, Melissa Hopson Bsc MRICS with over 17 years of experience as a valuer and Chartered Surveyor, Richard Harrison MNAEA with over 20 years of experience and Nick Bonfield with over 40 years of experience. James, Richard, Nick and Melissa are able to provide advice on a whole range of property issues including property valuation, presentation and strategies to achieve the best price for your property or land.
